We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk who can handle accurately entering data into our bookkeeping platforms, ensuring that all information is up to date and correctly recorded. This role requires an elevated level of accuracy, diligence, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibility:
Prepare and process invoices and expense records.
Entering invoices and other data into our bookkeeping platforms.
Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting records.
Organize data records into categories as instructed.
Support accounting team with other administrative tasks.
Vocational College degree of any major with good ability in written English and English-speaking skills.
Highly interested in working with numbers and data
Strong diligence and accuracy.
Good at MS Excel and related digital tools.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
Be committed to the Job, keeping good attendance and punctuality.
Be a collaborator with a positive, “can do” approach.
