Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Group Director of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy and development for our group, comprising of 04 business units: The Imperial (5-star hotel), Imperial International Hospitality Management College, Premium Health Care (Imperial Doctor), and Imperial Delicacies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across all business units.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy Development:
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends that align with the group's business objectives.
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across all business units.
2. Brand Management:
* Ensure consistent branding across all business units, including The Imperial, Imperial International Hospitality Management College, Premium Health Care, and Imperial Delicacies.
* Develop and maintain a strong brand identity that reflects the group's values and mission.
3. Marketing Communications:
* Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote each business unit, including advertising, digital marketing, social media, public relations, and event marketing.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop promotional materials such as brochures, websites, and email campaigns.
4. Digital Marketing:
* Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, engagement, and conversions.
* Manage social media presence across all platforms and ensure consistent messaging.
5. Marketing Analytics:
* Track and analyze marketing performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, engagement metrics, and conversion rates.
* Provide data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaigns.
6. Collaboration with Departments:
* Work closely with Sales, Operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
7. Budget Management:
* Manage a significant marketing budget to achieve business objectives.
* Ensure cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
8. Team Leadership:
* Lead a team of marketers across multiple disciplines (e.g., digital marketing, events, public relations).
