1. Responsible for operating and managing all activities of the Sales and Marketing Department; responsible for reporting directly to management levels when required
2. Exploit, analyze, evaluate market information, competitors and make suggestions, recommendations and implementation solutions
3. Develop and organize the implementation of the Company's business development plans and strategies.
4. Promote and support Sales activities to maximize revenue for BRG hotels.
5. Responsible for implementing the committed targets of the Sales & Marketing Department and MICE with the Head of Unit.
6. Propose and advise with the Head of Unit and other relevant departments to propose price frames and special discount/culinary programs suitable for each period of the year.
7. Liaise closely with BRG hotels to co-ordinate customer requests/ requirements and ensure complete guest satisfaction.
8. Enhance awareness by providing product knowledge and promote special offers and information
9. Organize and host hotels site inspections for potential clients.
10. Monitor, analyze, compare sales and business performance to make recommendations and adfust business strategies accordingly
11. Participate in recruitment and training to improve staff qualifications. Evaluate work performance, recommend rewards, discipline... for direct management employees
12. Report weekly and monthly to Head of Unit.
13. Other tasks that arise as requested.
