· Reporting directly to the General Manager
· Manage and further build up the team of BDE/BDM, KAE/KAM, Inside Sales & Sales Support
· Support the team with sales and product related knowledge, joint sales calls and facilitate their customer approach in order to become more successful
· Support and develop strategic products & trade lanes and create a product portfolio for going to the market for an aggressive and sustainable growth
· Set up, measure, control and manage targets for the sales team
· Create and implement a sales strategy for the team and manage & share sales leads
· Sales lead management of in- and outgoing sales leads (CRM)
· Support, review and assist the sales team with quotations and tenders with assistance of the procurement team
· Prospect and collect information regarding new potential customers and establish individual qualified target account list
· Focus on acquisition of new potential customers and business
· Conduct training for the sales team
· Support the KAM team to retain existing customer base
· Lead and manage customer presentations and proposals
· Ensure smooth workflow between sales team and Customer Service department.
· Monitor day to day performance of Customer Service department and promote continuous improvement with assistance of the Customer Service Manager
· Complaint management together with the custom service team and the operations team
· Performance indicators:
- GP generated with new business within the country sales offices
- GP of own newly secured business
- On agreed objectives and duties, such as turnover and/or volumes
