1. Follow up Attendance and payroll , PIT
2. Follow, handle and report works relating with Social, Health and Unemployment insurance, etc.;
3.Make claims for insurance benefits for employees ( sick leave, maternity leave, workmen compensation, labor accident….) and follow up the payment for employees;
4. Follow all activities and procedure that relating with development Employees as probation time, labour contract, insurance, promotion , termination;
5. Respond to employees’ concerns relating to C&B policies and practices;
6. Calculate payroll, make sure data correctly and payment on time. Print and send payslip to Employees and answer Staff’s queries about payment;
7. Take apart all auditing from customers;
8. Make monthly HR report to Manager;
9. Prepare periodical labor reports to be sent to Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
10. Prepare and manage files and records related with tasks;
11. Manage and process foreigners legal doc ( work permit, visa, temporary resident card..)
