- Lead and manage HR Functions to ensure HR effectiveness, efficiency
- Annually review and enhance company policies.
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending HR procedures.
- Manage full-circle payroll, social insurance & PIT, lead & oversea annual PIT Finalization.
- Perform & report HR cost &headcount periodically.
- Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs.
- Annually review and plan the HR Budget accordingly.
- Conduct performance and salary reviews.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements.
- Oversee and manage the recruitment process concerning the headcount budget.
Administration: 20%
- Oversee the internal operation of administration activities.
- Take care and process Working Visa, Work permits, Temporary resident card for expats.
