Job Description

  • Support implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Act as a Human Resources Business Partner with all functional heads, ensuring service delivery and alignment to company processes and strategic initiatives.
  • Challenge the organizational structure of the internal client and propose changes where needed. Preparation annual HR budget and manpower plan.
  • Proactively cooperate & participate in talent management & succession planning, including identification of talent, tracking development activities implementation & progress, and periodically succession review to ensure sufficient workforce pool for future and sustainability.
  • Contribute towards the development of salary bandings across the business in partnership with the C&B
  • Department, ensuring a competitive and responsible total value proposition that attracts and retains high-caliber employees
  • To be main contact point between BU's employees and HR-Admin function for all matter related to HR – Admin of the business unit like manage office supplies such as stationery, office cleaning, office procurement, and security service to ensure the cost and service are well managed, travel arrangements (hotel, air ticket, transportation) for employees and report on monthly costs
  • Cooperate with related departments to plan & execute Engagement Activities
  • Owns the performance management process, chairing monthly review meetings, ensuring heads of department bring necessary performance data and that reward and disciplinary processes are followed uniformly, ensuring integrity of the performance management structure.

Job Requirement

  • At least 4- 6 years exp in HR or related position
  • University degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration or English are preferred.  
  • Good knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, especially for foreign employees.  
  • Strong interpersonal skills; advanced English (spoken & written) mandatory.  
  • Strong and proven analytical skills;  
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and time management skills;  
  • Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft Excel; 
  • Honest, careful, and detailed oriented.  
  • Ability to work under pressure and comply with tight schedules
