PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The primary role of this position is to oversee and manage various aspects of the recruitment process, which may include sourcing, attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent in the market.
In addition, the HR Executive will provide support to the HR Team/ HR Manager in various other tasks such as HR activities, HR projects, and more.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
70% of the workload will be dedicated to Recruitment, which involves managing the entire recruitment process of PCU Vietnam:
- Liaise with hiring managers to identify personnel needs, job descriptions, job roles, qualifications, and skills;
- Be responsible for overseeing and conducting recruitment and selection processes, such as CV screening, telephone and face-to-face interviews, reference checks, and negotiating and sending offers for positions ranging from junior to senior levels;
- Coordinate with the Recruitment team to ensure that the recruitment process is well-monitored and managed;
- Ongoing management of candidate information and the recruitment process on the internal recruitment system;
- Keeping abreast of talent acquisition trends in various industries such as TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification), industrial jobs, IT, back office, etc. and suggesting initiatives to improve the talent acquisition activities;
- Represent the Company internally and externally through employer branding activities aimed at networking and building relationships with potential candidate communities.
30% of the workload will involve HR projects, including:
- Participate in various HR functions including but not limited to L&D, Employee Engagement activities, Employer branding etc;
- Be responsible for or participate in the organization and execution of HR campaigns and projects;
- Assisting the HR Manager with other global/regional assignments as required.
