HR management role

• Plan, implement and control employment plan, headcount and labor cost within budget.

• Develop and review integration training program for new employees.

• Develop, review and explain HR policies and procedures including internal rules and regulation.

• Support and advise employee engagement activities

• Identify challenges and suggest solutions to improve Hr and Admin operations.

• Interview candidates & get involved in making decision on selecting and hiring employees.

• Work effectively with staffs at all levels to resolve HR and Admin related issues if any.

• Conduct exit interview to understand why employees resign and leave company. From that, suggest solutions to improve remaining issues.

GA management role

• Establish and monitor the implementation of the policy process in the company

• Manage bill payment, contractor contract, voucher

• Make reports and work with government agencies

• Check, monitor and support works related to GA such security, car, canteen, fire fighting, facility, garbage,…

Requirement:

• At least 2 years in the same role
• Proficient in English
• Work well under pressure
• Work at Hwaseung Vina new branch
