Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

1. Communication channel:

  • Follow-up training calendar, welcome new hire.
  • Be able to communicate with stakeholders, employees, managers, team leaders effectively, both oral and written, with proper spelling, grammar and punctuation.
  • Take up additional responsibilities in the team Qualifications.

2. Training services:

  • Support L&OD specialist and implement the administrative tasks involving contact with customers, negotiate to have any comment on training fields.
  • Support L&OD team to facilitate Orientation training program, in-house training; to design online self-learning programs, online game, training activities; to translate material, prepare presentation for Newsletter.
  • Collect training supplier, training course data as required.
  • Follow up OBP assessment report.
  • Schedule meeting with stakeholder, supplier.
  • Be able to manage workload effectively including planning, organizing, prioritizing and training deadlines.

3. Admin support:

  • Collaborate with Admin Training supplier to follow up the training course, participants, attendance.
  • Prepare Gift, thank you letter for Trainers, stationery for the training activities.

4. Reporting:

  • Prepare reports and dashboards related to L&OD.

Job Requirement

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:

  • 4th - year students (fresh graduate are also welcome) majoring in Business Administration, Human resource, English Pedagogy, ...
  • English skill: Certificate equivalent to TOEIC 700.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), especially Excel.
  • Proficient in designing presentations using PowerPoint and Canva. 
  • Competent written and verbal communication, accountability and dependability are a must. 
  • Integrity, responsibility, commitment, dependability. 
  • Pleasant, teamwork, proactive, responsive, ability to deal with multi-tasks and retail attention.
