Position: HR Specialist
Reporting To: Human Resources Manager
Position Overview:
The HR Specialist will oversee day-to-day operations, including recruitment, processing terminations, preparing compensation packages, and fostering a healthy workplace environment across departments. This role reports directly to the Human Resources Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Source potential candidates through various channels.
- Arrange interviews and communicate with prospective employees promptly.
- Represent the company at recruitment events and job fairs.
- Manage hiring processes in Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Evaluate applications and screen candidates.
- Conduct new employee onboarding.
- Maintain updated job descriptions and specifications.
- Conduct exit interviews and propose action plans based on analysis.
Compensation & Benefit:
- Administer time sheeting and payroll.
- Handle insurance reports and assist in PIT reporting & compliance.
- Monitor and adjust the company wage and salary structure.
- Participate in salary surveys and benchmarking.
- Administer benefits and assist employees with claims.
- Schedule benefits orientations and training.
- Manage HR Information Systems (HR SAP) and maintain employee databases.
- Prepare and analyze necessary reports.
Employee Relations:
- Develop and communicate HR policies.
- Promote positive employer-employee relationships.
- Conduct investigations for employee complaints.
- Advise managers on employment issues and progressive discipline.
- Implement safety and health programs.
- Conduct Employee Satisfaction Surveys.
Training and Development:
- Implement performance management systems.
- Establish and address training needs, including new employee orientation and management development.
- Select and contract external training programs.
- Provide necessary education and materials to managers and employees.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all governmental and labor laws, including Vietnam Labor Laws, Social Insurance & Safety, and Occupational Medical Regulations.
Internal Relations:
- Maintain close coordination and relationships with all departments.
External Relations:
- Serve as a secondary contact point with Admin Vendors.
