This position requires basic HR system/ HR data analysis skills to perform, maintain and improve HR automation tools which are core of streamlined HR operations.
1. Social Insurance
- Do monthly report of new, resigned, maternity, unpaid…
- Ensure social insurance documents to be processed appropriately for new, existing and resigned employees.
2. Labor Contract Management
- Ensure extended and new labor contract to be processed appropriately for new, existing and resigned employees.
- Ensure employee profile and labor contract documents to be processed appropriately according to Labor law, ISO and auditor requirements.
- Ensure no legal violation in terms of timeline.
3. Tax
- Register Tax Code and manage data of Tax code.
- Calculate PIT in payroll.
- Handle PIT finalization.
4. HR system
- Ensure to import and process data into HR system in appropriate manner
- Check and ensure correct timesheet/attendance data in HR system.
5. Payroll
- Process monthly payroll.
- Ensure no legal violation in terms of salary pay-out amount.
6. Report: Handle reports in terms of cost, SHUI, labor management and other information as required.
- Other tasks required by Superiors.
