Job Description
1. HSE
- Build up the occupational health and safety management system OHSAS 18001
- Develop and manage all HSE policies, activities, guidelines, and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and the standards of the company, audit and investors.
- Hold annual training course for all staff: HSE, periodic health examination, first aid… (planning, budgeting, and evaluating efficiency and the marketing communications) according to Law requirement as Decree No. 44/2016/ND-CP and Circular No. 19/2016/TT-BYT
- Build up HSE culture for all employees: Internal Training, EHS activities and EHS campaigns
- Cooperate with local authorities on related work.
2. Fire protection and prevention:
- Monitor the entire fire protection system, electricity, water, check monthly
- Organize periodic fire prevention training, make fire prevention plans
- Responsible for working with authorities on issues related to fire prevention and fighting
