Job Description

Job Summary: As an HR Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within our organization. You will be responsible for managing HR operations and ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster positive employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

    • Lead the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with all legal requirements.
  2. Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances, providing guidance and resolution as needed.
    • Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and fair HR policies.
  3. HR Administration:

    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
    • Prepare reports related to HR metrics, such as turnover rates and staffing costs.
  4. Performance Management:

    • Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
    • Support managers in addressing performance issues and fostering employee growth.
  5. Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs as necessary.
  6. Compliance and Policies:

    • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
    • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to recommend improvements in HR strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Supervisor or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience with HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

- Kỹ năng giao tiếp mạch lạc và khả năng làm việc trong nhóm
- Khả năng sử dụng các công cụ MS Office và phần mềm quản lý nhân sự
- Sự tỉ mỉ và khả năng quản lý thời gian tốt
- Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm, quản lý nhân sự
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, xử lý quan hệ lao động
