Job Summary: As an HR Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within our organization. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Lead the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with all legal requirements.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances, providing guidance and resolution as needed.
- Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and fair HR policies.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare reports related to HR metrics, such as turnover rates and staffing costs.
Performance Management:
- Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Support managers in addressing performance issues and fostering employee growth.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs as necessary.
Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to recommend improvements in HR strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Supervisor or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
- Experience with HRIS and talent management systems.
