• To ensure the internal and external handling for export operation
• To follow all export shipments from planning, booking, trucking and declaring customs
• To prepare all shipping documents required for delivery
• To report on export issues to the Import - export manager upon request
• To update the state law and regulations concerning import and export, e.g duty and customs...
• To coordinate with relevant departments in planning delivery to overseas customers
• To handle all export document including Certificate of origin, health certificate, phytosanitay, etc
• Ability to use management software, such as AX

1.     University Graduated with relevant major.

2.     Ideally 2-3 years experience in a similar position

3.     Good command of English. (Speaking, reading and writing)

4.     Good computer skill. (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet, ERP-AX)

5.     Good communication skill.
