Knowledge, Skills & Experience
· University Qualification in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or related field with certificates
· 2+ years experience in a technical role such as Desktop Services as Level 1 / Level 2
· Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
· Experience in commercial IT technologies such as Networking and basic Server configuration
· Excellent Microsoft platform expertise including but not limited to Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, hybrid on-premise and cloud based solutions
· Strong understanding of Routing, Firewall Security, Wireless etc
· Full understanding of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Framework
· Experience in documenting processes and procedures
· Experience with SQL and its variation among popular databases
· Software Development Fundamentals, Problem Solving, Documentation Skills
· Capable of troubleshooting common database issues
· Experience with Microsoft Access and VB
· Knowledge of SQL reporting services – advantage
