This position will take on the role of operations management for the MT channel in the Southern region.

• Responsible for sales revenue & others KPI assigned by the Company at assigned accounts/region.
• Develop and execute the account plan including monthly forecast, trading terms, promotion budget, visibility, key event of account assigned by the Company.
• Manage senior sales sup/Sales sup/Sales team to achieve company target.
• Monitor account's performane, review & propose action plan to improve performance.
• Maintain good business relationships with customers, principles and internal departments in executing programs and following policies and procedures.
• Work closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effectively execution.
• Frequently field visit to update market intelligent & ensure al the plan are executed properly in market
• Monitor team key performance indicators achievement. Conduct regular reviews to provide feedback on achievements, performance gaps and requirements for improvement.
• Undertake other tasks requested by Line Manager

• At least 5 - 10  years of experience in a relevant position at an MT channel in the FMCG industry.
• Deep market knowledge as well as relationships in the MT channel, FMCG industry in Vietnam.
•  Expertise in operations plus the ability to interact well with buyer.
• Excellent relationship buiding skill, Leadership skill, planning skills,
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Good management, problem solving, working in pressure
• Coaching, training for staffs.
• Willing to travel
