1. Operate, monitor, preventative maintenance, repair, and improve machinery throughout the production process
- Participate in the installation and supervision of machinery installation, adjust the programs on PLC and SCADA to match production formulas as required by superiors.
- Closely monitor the performance of machinery and equipment, and record it in a logbook/system for information storage.
- Participate in the repair of machinery and equipment in the assigned area in case of breakdowns.
- Immediately report any arising issues to upper management and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve problems during the production process.
- Participate in issuing and adjusting operational procedures for machines according to the manufacturer's requirements, ensuring the quality of the output products.
- Continuously implement machine improvements.
- Record operational, repair, and maintenance documents in forms or ERP software.
- Understand the requirements and control the quantity and quality of products during the production process.
- Understand the features of the equipment and the factors affecting product quality.
- Examine the equipment system to ensure stable and safe operation.
- Ensure the consumption standards of materials, chemicals, and energy usage.
2. Conduct regular (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) cleaning of machinery, equipment, tools, and any hygiene-related requirements for food safety.
- Clean the machinery before and after operation according to the schedule to ensure timely detection of any issues.
- Clean and neatly organize tools and equipment before, during, and after repairs and maintenance.
- Participate in training courses on food safety: ISO, HACCP, and NFS.
- Ensure compliance with other food safety requirements.
3. Carry out preventive maintenance and servicing tasks
- Strictly and fully comply with the procedures for the maintenance of machinery and equipment in the factory.
- Propose solutions and maintenance procedures that are suitable for actual operational requirements.
4. Comply with the company's regulations and procedures regarding working hours, labor safety, and fire prevention and control.
