Job Description

  • Analysis competency of high performance employee competencies for succession planning, learning and career development purposes
  • Coordinating with Division Heads in analyzing training needs, devising learning strategies and developing employees' working capacity
  • Build training plans and programs based on business goals, arising problems and survey results
  • Review training materials from a variety of reputable vendors and propose appropriate materials to Head of HR.
  • Coordinate workshops. Directly teach foundational training programs (not including professional programs of departments).
  • Coordinate with functional division, department heads for organizing technical/ functional training courses for staff.
  • Study and propose solutions to improve the quality of training.
  • Work closely with division heads and branch directors to conduct follow-up surveys of all completed training, evaluate and measure results individual development monthly, quarterly then create improvement and develop training plans
  • Coordinate with IT and relevant divisions on building, upgrading and developing E-learning system
  • Operating an internal learning ecosystem including company-wide learning activities, Q&A forums, exams and online tests on E-learning
  • Usually update, adjust and standardize training material with the latest version
  • Coordinate with internal trainers and subject master on designing, developing and packaging traditional courses into standard E-learning courses
  • Recruiting, training and manage staff under training team
  • Reporting and doing other works as requested by Head of HR
  • Other work as requested by Head of HR.

Job Requirement

  • Graduated from University, majoring in Business Administration, Human Resource Management,etc. or other related majors
  • At least 03 year-experiences working at professional in a relevant position
  • Effective negotiation, influencing skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and training skills
  • Good English skills
  • Familiar with MS Office & G Suite, HR management software, Online learning and assessment tools
  • Work hard, patient, painstaking and enthusiastic.
