Key Responsibilities:

• Perform furniture-hardline testing and evaluation to ensure compliance to international standards within the turnaround time
• Prepare and set-up and use of the equipment and machinery involved in the testing process as assigned
• Conduct on-site sampling or testing following requirements
• Conduct maintenance and calibration of instruments
• Interpret test results, prepare test reports as well as perform other related administrative wor
• Maintain and upkeep laboratory records and documentations
• Be responsible for all technical and quality aspects of testing activities in the Lab as authorized or assigned by the Laboratory Supervisor
• Report to the daily testing activities to Laboratory Supervisor and Lab Manager
• Shift work may be required
• Do the other work as assigned by line manager

Required Experience/Skills Detail    

• College or university degree relating to mechanic, electrical, technologies or its equivalent  
• Experience in furniture testing and knowledge of ISO17025 Quality Management System are advantageous
• English Communication with B level or its equivalent
• Result and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication skills
• A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines
• Teamwork and cooperation.
