Job Description

1. Training and Development:

  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training requirements across the organization
  • Design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs, including classroom-based, online, and blended learning solutions
  • Curate and maintain a library of training resources, e-learning modules, and other learning materials
  • Facilitate training workshops, seminars, and workshops to build employee capabilities
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create custom training content

2. Talent Development:

  • Identify and develop high-potential employees for future growth and advancement
  • Design and implement specialized talent development programs, such as mentoring, job rotations, and leadership training
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees on their professional development and career goals
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to create personalized development plans for key talent

3. Fostering Corporate Culture:

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization
  • Implement strategies to encourage employee engagement and participation in learning activities
  • Develop and execute initiatives to foster a growth mindset and a love for learning among employees
  • Collaborate with HR and Communications teams to align L&D efforts with the company's cultural values and priorities

4. Internal Events and Initiatives:

  • Organize and facilitate internal events, workshops, and conferences to promote learning and development
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., HR, Communications) to plan and execute company-wide events and initiatives
  • Ensure that internal events and programs are aligned with the organization's learning and development objectives

Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 2 years in a Managerial role.
