Support on logistics preparation before each course and facilitate the organizing of training courses.
Remind participants about the course and follow up the pre – course with participants.
Support in managing attendance of each class.
Support on putting attendance record into the SuccessFactors.
Support L&D team in compulsory reports preparation.
Support in Coordinate with HR Departments in New Employee Orientation training.
Other tasks assigned by TOD Managers.
Job Requirement
Fresh graduate or 4th-year student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major.
Minimum full-time 6-months internship commitment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (both Excel, PowerPoint).
Having interests in HR, especially Learning and Development.
Detail-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible
