Tư vấn pháp lý trong công tác triển khai thủ tục cấp phép dự án / Legal consultancy in the implementation of project licensing procedures.

Thực hiện hồ sơ pháp lý dự án nhằm đảm bảo pháp lý dự án của Công ty được phê duyệt theo đúng chủ trương và tiến độ/ Implementation of project legal documents to ensure the company's projects are approved in accordance with policy and progress.

Chuẩn bị các hồ sơ liên quan để nộp cho các cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền, liên lạc và theo dõi đến khi hồ sơ được duyệt / Preparation of relevant documents for submission to competent state authorities, coordination, and monitoring until approval is obtained.

Phối hợp công việc với các công ty tư vấn và nhà thầu liên quan đến các hồ sơ xin phê duyệt và liên lạc với các cơ quan có thẩm quyền / Coordinate work with consulting firms and contractors involved in approval applications and communicate with relevant authorities.

Tư vấn cho Ban lãnh đạo và các phòng ban liên quan các vấn đề liên quan đến pháp lý dự án / Advising the leadership and relevant departments on project-related legal issues.

Tư vấn các vấn đề, thủ tục xin cấp sổ hồng/ Advising all matters, procedures for pink book application.

Soạn thảo, xem xét các thỏa thuận / hợp đồng và các văn bản pháp lý khác trong Công ty để đảm bảo quyền và lợi ích của Công ty được bảo vệ / Drafting and reviewing agreements/contracts and other legal documents across the company to safeguard the company's rights and interests.

Giải quyết các tranh chấp chấp tại cơ quan tố tụng theo sự phân công/ ủy quyền của Công ty / Dispute resolutions in legal proceedings as assigned/ authorized by the Company.

Các công việc khác được phân công khi cần thiết / Other tasks as assigned when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

University, major in Law

Has a legal practice certificate

Minimum years of experience & Kind of Experience:

At least 7 years of working experience in the field of legal documents related to Construction - Real Estate.

Prefer the candidate has relationship & experience in working with Binh Duong’s Authorities.

Behavioral Skills:

Good at English.

Communication skills.

Problem solving skills.

Deep knowledge in Enterprise law, construction, real estate, investment, and civil law.

Thorough understanding of government procedures related to real estate.

Experience in resolving complaints and lawsuits related to real estate and construction.

Good kill in report writing & ability to prepare legal documents.

Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Technical Skills:

MS office, Cad 3D, Sketch up etc.
