- Make admin reports as headquarter request
- Support office moving, company event, team building activities
- Other arising small admin tasks, especially office moving.
- Get the position approved from budget heacount/ BM
- Job Posting on recruitment page: Careerbuilder, Vietnamworks,Facebook, Linkedin,…
- Screening Profiles and send to the Interviewer( BM/team leader/ head of dept need more headcount)
- Get profiles Shortlisted from Interviewers (if needed)
- Scheduling Telephonic Interview, update recruitment sheet
- Prepare Process (First Round Interviewers, Interview Time)
- Rescheduling / Scheduling Second Round Interview,update recruitment result: candidate pass/ not pass
- Request IT Department to arrange System before joining.
