Responsible for daily updating, managing daily order tracking records and storing relevant order documentsaccording to traceability requirements.
Responsible for connecting with the sales department and supporting the sales department to provide necessary information during the order receiving process.
Responsible for receiving order requests from the sales department, Converting product information requests into standardized language in the factory and sending to related departments, coordinating different departments to perform regular delivery work
Supporting the department manager to improve the rules, regulations and operating procedures of the department, Ensuring support for smooth sales operations
Coordinate with sales staff, support sales staff in performing sales work

Have 2-3 years of experience working in order tracking at manufacturing plants
Proficient in import and export operations
