• Study legal regulations, Socioeconomic trend.
• Support department in the development, maintained and implementation of operational risk and personal data protection mechanism.
• Prepare operational risk and personal data protection related report.
• Project evaluation report related operational risk and personal data protection.
• Provide training and awareness programs for staff about operational risk and personal data protection.
• Perform other tasks as requested by the Department Manager and Director.

• Báo cáo đánh giá dự án liên quan đến rủi ro hoạt động và bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân.
• Cung cấp các chương trình đào tạo và nâng cao nhận thức cho nhân viên về rủi ro hoạt động và bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân.
• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của Trưởng phòng và Giám đốc.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Risk Management, or Audit.
• 1-2 years of experience in legal advisory, Audit, or risk management in the financial services or insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of legal regulations, compliance requirements, and corporate governance, especially in the financial and insurance sectors.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and mitigate legal risks.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

• Có 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm trong tư vấn pháp lý, Kiểm toán hoặc quản lý rủi ro trong ngành dịch vụ tài chính hoặc bảo hiểm.
• Hiểu biết sâu sắc về các quy định pháp lý, yêu cầu tuân thủ và quản trị doanh nghiệp, đặc biệt là trong lĩnh vực tài chính và bảo hiểm.
• Kỹ năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề tuyệt vời để đánh giá và giảm thiểu rủi ro pháp lý.
• Thành thạo trong việc soạn thảo và xem xét các văn bản pháp lý, hợp đồng và thỏa thuận.
