Work closely with relevant stakeholders to identify and analyze related business processes and workflows
Develop a clear and detailed process maps as well as written procedures
Participate in the problem resolution
Research and conduct site observations to identify the equipment, methods, and personnel needed for effective processes.
Oversee the execution of of such designed processes, including standardization
Identify metrics KPIs to monitor process performance and continue improve process as an ongoing basis
Assess business requirements and make evidence-based recommendations to support process improvements
Job Requirement
Minimum 1 years of experience in business process modeling and/or business analysis
Strong skill in process mapping and writing abilities to produce high quality documentation
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and workflows
Logical and structured thinking, good problem solving skills with great attention to details
Interpersonal and communication skill with technical competency
Aptitude for data analysis and great business acumen
Knowledge of BPMN is a Must
