• Closely working with catergory manager & internal stakeholders to improve efficiencies, trade, and customer experience
• Manage new product uploads, category builds, product detail maintenance, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate daily Omni operations (e.g. excecute promotion, contract processing, Omni campaign activities)
• Manages conflicts and resolves complaints about or within the department
• Reporting to category manager about performance including KPIs, providing data entry (e.g. sales figures, Omni listings
• Providing administration support to Category Manager
• Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management or any relevant study

Language:  English.

Office skills: Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Functional knowledge & experience:

- With minimum 2 years of experience at the same position at Retail/ Ecommerce/ FMCG Companies.
