Check document and yield from the Development and Technical Dept to update fabric information for booking of each style

Based on quantity order to order fabric and tracking shipment arrive at the factory

Count quantity samples for Production, PP, and China testing to order fabric

Check PI from supplier

Ensure fabric arrives on time

Solve other issues from suppliers.

Task 2:

Develop and order fabric in the development stage for the proto/360/KAS/SLM sample

Work out the LDs chart and track the LDs approval, asked mills to send the LDs to the factory which VV item

Requested the fabric for proto sample/mock-up

Place Order fabric for 360/KAS/SLM sample

Control, update WIP, request the replacement of fabric for 360/KAS/SLM sample

Update fabric chart, data for data girl to update in ERP system

Check the fabric testing report in the development stage and work with the mill any issue before bulk goes to

· Sắp xếp tất cả các dữ liệu về vải trong giai đoạn phát triển để họp HO với hang vải

Arrange all the documents/fabric samples to handover to the fabric mill

Task 3:

· Lập chart để theo dõi lab dip được duyệt và yêu cầu fabric mill gởi LDs cho nhà máy với những item TMI phát triển

Work out the LDs chart and track the LDs approval, asked mills to send the LDs to the factory which VV item

· Cân đối, kiểm tra số lượng tồn vải.

Balance/ check fabric stock

· Cập nhật tình trạng từng mã hàng và báo developer cập nhật trước khi nhận đơn hàng

Update status of each style and inform Developer for updating before receive order

Nhiệm vụ 4/

Task 4:

· Cập nhật thông tin về tình hình Nguyên liệu để pullforwar (nếu có) cho các bộ phận liên quan.

Update material status for Pullforaward (if have) to relevant Depts

· Làm báo cáo tồn, báo cáo tiết kiệm chi phí…cho các bộ phận liên quan

Report stock quantity/ save cost for relevant Depts

Nhiệm vụ 5/

Task 5:

· Giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh với các bộ phận trong quá trình làm việc

Slove issues from other Depts

· Hỗ trợ các thành viên trong nhóm vào thời gian cao điểm theo yêu cầu của nhóm trưởng.
