· Assign all guides on lemax under supervisor
· Files handling or operation .
· Reply all related emails from department at head office and other areas
· Providing arrival / departure times and other important information to hotels.
Contact clients at hotels for tours and transfers ( by email as well as what’s app )
· Daily check and sent remind letter to clients via email
· Prepare and issue tour programs with all necessary documents and deliver these to
tour guides before the tour.
· Coordinate with guides, office manager and head office all actions in emergency
situations (weather etc.) and solve program changes in a timely, appropriate and
efficient way.
· Report regularly to office manager, head office management and inbound file handler
· Copy all new booking from HUB to Onenote , always check all information from files, print new welcome board, …
· Updating file issuance log month for daily
· Other working for requirement Supervisor
