Understand each department’s (e.g. Supply Chain, Production, R&M, QA. QC) daily processes and goals
Coordinate to set performance goals and objectives with upper management.
Observe experienced colleagues to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
Coordinate to set up work procedures, document systems, the flow of information.
Coordinate to organize internal and external events.
Acquire knowledge of the development and administration of FESV policy and programs.
Coordinate with other departments to complete daily tasks (e.g. implementing new policies)
Job Requirement
Candidate has bachelor's degree in Business field is preferred
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong verbal and written presentation skills
No experience required
