- Checking invoice and other document / Kiểm tra hóa đơn và chứng từ;

- Make payment/report for bank payment and petty cash / Làm báo cáo thanh toán ngân hàng/tiền mặt;

- Make request payment / Tạo yêu cầu thanh toán;

- Input data into SAP system (to be trained accordingly) / Nhập số liệu vào phần mềm SAP ( sẽ được hướng dẫn khi làm việc);

- Scaning document/prepare invoice to make VAT tax report / Scan và chuẩn bị hóa đơn để lên báo cáo thuế GTGT;

- Asset labeling, tracking and book depreciation/ Tạo nhãn, theo dõi và trích khấu hao tài sản;

- Tracking and update allocated expenses / Theo dõi và cập nhật phân bổ chi phí trích trước;

- Other tasks assign by supervisor / Công việc khác được sắp sếp bởi tổ trưởng;

- Graduated from university/college majored in Accounting/Audit/Finance

- Experience in SAP is a must

- Minimum 1 years experience of AR-AP accountant for manufacturing environment.

- Computer skills; English communication
