We are looking for PE Supervisor who will be in charge of improving mold for current product and developing new mold for new project, details as below:

- Decide and discuss parameters as well as mold construction

- Be in charge of overall design as well as detailed design and giving mold design standards

- Analyze mold errors, provide solutions, set and adjust molding and stamping conditions for products

- Do the necessary procedures in the process of repair and improvement

- Manage progress, schedule for casting and testing and calculate materials for mold testing

- Perform general reporting of problem items after mold tests

- Compilation of handover documents after finishing the mold according to ISO standards

- Carry out product quality testing and verification during the casting and stamping process

- Bachelor Degree in Technical area

- Have at least 5 years of experience in similar field in manufacturing company and deep knowledge of mold

- Intermediate English (Japanese is a plus)

- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Have good communication and team management skill
