The Assistant to the CEO plays a crucial role in offering thorough assistance to the CEO and fostering a workplace setting that keeps the CEO well-informed and focused on reaching the organization's objectives. This active role demands the skill to foresee requirements, engage in analytical thinking, and respond quickly to address issues with a high degree of professionalism and privacy.
The main duties of the Assistant encompass but are not limited to:
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all activities within the President's office.
- Coordinate and manage the President's work schedule and agenda.
- Oversee the logistics for the President's guests.
- Address administrative, logistical, and financial matters for the office staff.
- Translate various documents, including letters, meeting notes, and press releases for the President.
- Plan and execute meetings, events, parties, receptions, both domestic and international travel, and personal vacation trips for the President.
- Compile reports, create presentations, and prepare other essential documents for the President.
- Handle the booking of flights and accommodations.
- Perform any necessary administrative tasks that arise in the office and other assigned duties.
- Manage incoming calls and document information using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Other specific tasks as appointed by the CEO.
* Working place: Ho Chi Minh City and other campus/project locations.
* Working time: due to the nature of this role, working schedule is flexible with no more than 44 hours/week.
