• Establish improvement action plan, and leading to execute the plan to improve according expected saving such line balancing, layout optimization, automation …. as to reduce process routine/ Material yield… to reduce cost: Labor, material, maximize equipment/tooling’s consumable utilization
• Participate in production process development to review layout, manpower standard to identify opportunity to optimize at development phase
• Update process control standard after improvement.
