YOUR JOB

• Build process to validate/ review and improve product routing
• Demand analysis to identify opportunity to improve in term of cost : Labor, capacity, material …
• Establish improvement action plan and leading team to execute the plan to improve according expected saving such line balancing, layout optimization, automation …. as to reduce process routine/ Material yield… to reduce cost: Labor, material, maximize equipment/tooling’s consumable utilization
• Participate in production process development to review layout, manpower standard to identify opportunity to optimize at development phase
• Update process control standard after improvement

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management
• 3 years at the same position in MNC, in furniture industry is referred 
• Process development, Process control plan, FMEA, SPC, problem solving, layout , tak time analysis , line balancing
• Six sigma, Statistic control, Lean, layout design, Tak time collection
