Working with Product Manager, Product Analyst is a key member to build health and well-being platform, the most important part in the health and well-being strategic pillar of Dai-ichi Life Vietnam

- Analyze and manage Health and Well-being platform features development (Tele-health, Activities tracking/Virtual Run, Health Score...)
- Support building digital landing page, application for digital marketing campaigns
- Join other digital initiative projects
- Systemize and visualize key concepts to help model the product and explain how it will be implemented and operated.
- Conduct customer researchs, analyze customer behaviors and propose product concepts, UI/UX materials.
- Write & ensure the feature requirements for development team is well documented.
- Work closely with product team to facilitate, communicate and negotiate functional & non-functional requirements to ensure they add value to the product.
- Conduct testing to ensure the quality of developed product.
- Support launching plans and resolve issues.

- IT or BA university degree;
-  Advanced in English at all skills;
- Having good communicational, analytical and critical thinking skills;
- Be familiar with HTML, CSS and data tools;
- Having experience with Agile working framework, Scrum is preferred;
- Using UI/UX tools (Sketch, Figma, Axure...) is required;
- At least 2-3 years experienced as Business Analyst/Product Owner for digital platforms; experience with financial, insurance platforms is a plus.
