As a Product Specialist in Beverage segments, you will provide knowledge in Bakery and support to the Sales team and customers.

Product Expertise: Maintain a understanding of Ly Gia Vien's bakery product portfolio, including features, benefits, technical specifications, and competitive advantages.

Sales Support: Assist sales representatives in presenting and demonstrating products to customers, addressing technical questions, and overcoming objections.

Training: Conduct training sessions for the sales team on new and existing products, ensuring they have the knowledge and confidence to sell effectively.

Content Development: Contribute to the development of product-related marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and website content.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Proven 2+ years in Beverage, R&D, Barista or a related field.

Strong technical knowledge of beverage products.

Ability to learn new products quickly and translate complex technical information into simple terms.

Proficiency in presentation and training skills. Proficiency in using PowerPoint, Canva platforms.

Flexible in terms of working location and working hours. Passion for F&B and a desire to educate others.
