JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Take responsibility for the entire work of the Sewing department, take seriously the performance of tasks and lead the staff in the department in order to implement the increasingly formal 6S management plan.

- Responsible for formulating and improving the quality and assurance quantity system of the company, and completing production tasks assigned by the company on time.

- Monitor the implementation and complete the work plan of the Sewing's supervisor, promptly detect problems and eliminate them timely

- Enhance the enthusiastically working spirit and positively working attitude of employees, being humble and studious, constantly improve, incessantly learn and innovate.

REQUIREMENTS:

- University graduated

- At least 5 years’ experience in the similar position

- Spoken & written English or Chinese.

- Technical expertise in garment manufacturing.

- Manage and good communication
