- Work with other departments to process customer orders and ensure timely delivery and Manage product reporting
- Operate the factory and warehouse of raw materials, supplies, and equipment
- Overseeing manufacturing and production processes
- Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
- Creating, executing, monitoring, and proposing production schedules on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Propose raw materials and production equipment for the factory, coordinate the inspection of quality, quantity, and norms of input materials and supplies, and be responsible for managing and maintaining such equipment
- Improve working processes and methods to reduce costs and increase productivity across all product lines
- Maintaining hygienic conditions (6S) for both employees and the factory itself
- Comply with and guide the implementation of all company procedures and policies with employees
- CNC setup management, directly handling CNC setup for complex products, training, and instructing setup and coaching operation
- Implementing safety, health, environment, and quality according to issued system standards
- Receiving and being directly responsible for machinery, technology, quality, etc., with delegations visiting and inspecting the factory
- Recruitment, training, and organization of work for the production workshop personnel, scheduling work shifts, and managing working hours
- Plan monthly, quarterly, and annual production budgets
- Report results periodically and irregularly when required.
- Graduated from university majoring in mechanical engineering or equivalent, with 1-3 years experience in a Management role in the field of CNC machining production management
- Agile, honest, adaptable, pleasant, fun. Knowledge of machining (milling, turning, grinding), surface & heat treatment processes
- Able to read and understand technical drawings (2D & 3D)
- Good command in English (4 skills required)
