Be responsible for the workshop order management and delivery time confirmation aim to achieve optimal effectiveness by arranging the production plan and meeting delivery requirements, as well as monitoring and controlling production progress, communicating with other departments in production factory.

• Work with sales team and marketing to ensure capacity is properly allocated on demands.
• Coordinate Purchasing, Material Control, Accounting, Mechanic department to ensure materials, are available and ready according to production plan to avoid any production materials shortage.
• Be able to detect certain risks during operation and report to next level for risk assessment and treatment.
• Clearly communication, Effective communication, avoid any misunderstanding on written or verbal expression.
• Other tasks required by supervisors/manager.

1. University graduate or above.
2. Over 2-3-years’ experience in planning section of the similar positions
3. Knowledge of production processes and flow
4. Fluent English
5. Computer literate: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-point
6. Analytical skills and details-oriented
