- Be responsible for operation activities: arranging works, people, materials to meet the daily output as per production plan

- Inspect the products in assembly line to ensure quality and quantity in compliance with Bericap Vietnam’s specification and requirement. Complete record and make report on time

- Follow the production schedule, delivery schedule and feedback to supervisor

- Make transaction between production and WH to ensure raw material and packaging material enough and available before production, deliver FGs to WH with exact quantity and quality

- Encourage assembly workers to meet targets; and strictly execute policy of attendance, rules of basic EHS, safety, and 5S (as cleanliness in lines, good arrangement and good condition)

- Review and approve for absent staffs

- Daily update working timesheet record and submit to Hr dept at end of month

- Training and coaching operators on new working procedure

- Update production data on SAP where necessary

- Reporting of concerns and difficulties of shift

- Ensure the GMP are followed by all member

- Responsible for stock count at production area

- Appraisal for staffs and end of year

- Other tasks assign by the supervisor

Qualification:
- Graduated college school or university in mechanical or electrical

- Computer skill at primary level

Experience:

1.  Over 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment. Experienced in being team leader

2.  Plastic injection molding machine processing experience and is plus
