Supervise and coordinate fibre production process and operations across shifts.
Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality specifications.
Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the production of highquality natural fiber yarn.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to address machine issues promptly.
Coordinate with the factory manager to allocate resources effectively, including manpower and raw materials.
Ensure production targets and efficiencies are achieved at acceptable quality.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular safety briefings and inspections.
Identify training needs within the team. Implement best practices to reduce production cost.
Facilitate training programs with the support of Factory Manager to enhance skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine performance and downtime.
Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and production metrics.
Address production issues and challenges promptly to Factory Manager
Collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a production supervisor in a yarn spinning or textile manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of natural fiber spinning processes and machinery.
Leadership and team management skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic production environment.
Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and safety protocols.
