- Provide support for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Electricity and Automation (E&A) professional and technical operational activities and during participation in CAPEX projects; ensuring that all MES-E&A activities enhance business objectives, product quality, and plant operation/performance while prioritizing people's health and safety, product safety, and environmental protection.
- Participate in Capital Investments projects in the factory to ensure technical solutions align with corporate and market standards, are delivered with expected quality, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include preparing user and technical specifications, coordinating user requirements, overseeing solution development, pre-testing, implementation, and training of operators and maintenance crews.
- Manage existing assets to ensure Process & Equipment safety for people, products, and the environment. Implement engineering tools at the site level and participate in M&I activities in the factory.
- Ensure that all MES-E&A installations comply with market and corporate safety, health, environment, product safety, and quality standards. Keep key MES-E&A documentation up to date and in place. Manage modifications in MES-E&A solutions and ensure compliance with related legislation.
- Play a key role in the continuous improvement of factories through mastering process and product characteristics. Strive for quality, safety, and efficiency improvements while protecting technological know-how and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with Factory Engineering, production, SH&E, QA, Engineering, and logistic teams internally. Build relationships with MES-E&A suppliers, market electricity providers, and automation system integrators externally.
- Demonstrate knowledge in food manufacturing processes, mechanical or electrical engineering background, hygienic engineering design for food plants, AutoCAD 2D/Inventor, project management, safety in design and construction/installation phase.
- Possess qualifications as a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer, English proficiency at an intermediate level, AutoCAD 2D/Inventor skills at an intermediate level, and Microsoft Office proficiency at an intermediate level.
