JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Please list down at least 4)

1. Prepare plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies

2. Review, compare, analyze, and approve products and services to be purchased

3. Manage inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records

4. Maintain and update supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.

5. Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills in dealing with suppliers and maintain good relationships with them

6. Research and evaluate prospective suppliers

7. Prepare budgets, cost analyses, and reports

8. Follow and enforce the company's procurement policies and procedures

9. Other tasks as requested by Superior

Minimum experience requirementsat: have least 1 year in the same position

Required skills

1. Excellent negotiation skills

2. Excellent leadership and organizational skills

3. Strong communication (English, Vietnamese, Chinese) and interpersonal skills

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in ERP
