We are looking for a highly competent candidate for the position of Project Coordinator/Purchasing position as following:

- Release Purchase Orders (POs) to the suppliers. Track the material status.

- Xuất đơn đặt hàng (PO) đến NCC. Theo dõi tình trạng nguyên vật liệu.

- Forecast necessary materials following customer's demand.

- Ước tính nguyên vật liệu cần thiết theo điều kiện đơn khách hàng.

- Search, analyse and negotiate with the domestic and oversea suppliers.

- Tìm kiếm, phân tích và đàm phán với nhà cung cấp trong và ngoài nước.

- Check monthly debit from suppliers, do payment in time.

- Kiểm tra công nợ và làm yêu cầu thanh toán cho các nhà cung cấp hàng tháng.

- Graduated from college or university that majors in Business, Commercial Economy, Foreign language, so on…

- Good command of spoken and written English

- Proficient of Microsoft Office.

- Good time management, planning and organizing skills
