Update manpower daily status (attendance/ overtime/ downtime/ etc.)
Coordinate and send to relevant departments required documents of QA Plain team members
Update monthly reports
Make relevant reports which requested by teams
Plan monthly stationary request, proceed PO and follow up with Purchasing team
Receive requested items, cross check with PO, distribute to relevant team
Update stationary tracking record and stock take inventory
Proceed administrative activities (meal ordering for customer ( in have ) , car request, team building preparation ( If have ) , outsource attendance summary, company announcement escalation, document storage, etc.)
Job Requirement
- Good at MS office (excel, word, PPT, outlook)
- Basic communication English
