• Quản lý hoạt động kiểm tra xuất hàng ở hiện trường, và phân bổ nguồn lực / Manage the process of inspection and shipment and allocate resource.
• Giám sát và cải thiện hoạt động cải thiện chất lượng tại khu vực Xuất hàng/ Monitor and improve quality of improvement activities in the Shipping area:

+ Điều tra quy trình, phân tích lỗi, tạo báo cáo, phản hồi các cuộc thanh tra./ Investigate the processes, analyze errors, generate reports, respond to inspections.

+ Cải tiến hoạt động 5S tại hiện trường/ Improve 5S activities at the site

+ Nắm rõ phương pháp kiểm tra và đề xuất cải thiện, phương pháp kiểm soát chất lượng/ Understand checking methods and suggest improvements, quality control methods.

• Đảm nhận hoạt động duy trình tự tuân thủ quy định và các process nghiệp vụ liên quan/ Handle the activities to maintain of compliance with regulations and related processes.

+ Quản lý kỳ hạn các hành động khắc phục phòng ngừa liên quan chất lượng sản phẩm (NHS)/ Manage deadlines of product quality related corrective and preventive action (NHS)

+ Hỗ trợ sản xuất hàng thí tác và MP. Xem xét các thủ tục và hạng mục kiểm tra khi SX hàng mới/ Support production of testing and MP products. Review procedures and inspection items when producing new products.

+ Quản lý tài liệu xuất hàng (bản vẽ , IGS)/ Manage shipping documents (drawings, IGS)

Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên/ Graduated with college degree

Sử dụng Tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Nhật / Proficient in English or JLPT 

3 năm làm việc liên quan quản lý chất lượng hoặc vị trí tương đương / Have 3 years experience in quality management or same rule

Phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề 5WHY/ Ability to analyze and solve problem using 5WHY method

Phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ/ Experience with root course analysis
