- Ensure that all Quality Food Safety activities comply with Safety /Health Safety Environmental policies and company regulations.
- Set up/implement/maintain and enhance the QFS system, including QFS assurance of Raw/packaging material, Processing, and Finished Goods. Provide the direction of enhancing the QFS system to fulfill new updates/changes in the business.
- Participate in the QFS (region / global) programs per requirements.
- Internal/ external QFS audit – reporting
- Customer complaint handling
- Manage/train the QFS team including on-the-job training and QFS training (current and new team members)
- Manage the in-house laboratories.
