* Quality Management System (QMS) Compliance:

- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.

- Conduct internal audits and ensure all processes comply with quality standards, identifying and driving improvements as needed.

- Manage QMS documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with industry best practices.

* Product Mark Certification:

- Lead the product certification process for various markets, including JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards), SIRIM (Standard and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia), SNI (Standard Nasional Indonesia), BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards), TISI (Thai Industrial Standards Institute), and CE/UKCA (Conformité Européenne/UK Conformity Assessed).

- Collaborate with certification bodies and maintain up-to-date knowledge of certification requirements, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.

- Ensure all certified products meet the regulatory and safety standards of the respective regions.

* Process Improvement and Compliance:

- Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and operational efficiency, adhering to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.

- Investigate non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and ensure adherence to product standards.

* Training and Support:

- Provide training and support to teams on QMS processes and product certification requirements, fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.

- Prepare and support internal and external audits, ensuring successful certification and re-certification processes.

* Regulatory and Standards Compliance:

- Stay current with updates to ISO, IATF, and product certification standards, ensuring that CSVC’s products and processes comply with all relevant regulations.

- Serve as the point of contact for regulatory bodies and certification organizations, managing communications and documentation.

* Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

* Skills:

- Strong understanding of quality management principles and product certification processes.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies, including FMEA, SPC, and 8D problem-solving.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.

* Certifications:

- ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 internal auditor certification or training is preferred.
